The Bevy relies on its regulars for so much more than enjoying a pint. They’re out in the garden, fixing a broken door, changing a lightbulb, turning the rocket composter, helping at events or jumping behind the bar when we’re busy. That’s what a proper community pub looks like.

As a Community Benefit Society, every penny of profit is put back into The Bevy and the community. Donations help us do even more, supporting the projects, activities and people that make this place more than a pub.

Want to support The Bevy and have a say in how it’s run? Become a community shareholder. For just £10 a year, you can own a small part of The Bevy and have the right to vote on important decisions at our Annual General Meeting. As a shareholder, you’ll be helping protect the future of a pub that’s owned by and run for the community.

More Than A Pub

The Bevy is the only community-owned pub on a housing estate anywhere in the UK. It’s a place where neighbours become friends, families spend time together, volunteers muck in and everyone gets the same warm welcome.

One of the best ways to support us is simply to use your local. Pop in for a pint, book a table, bring the family along, hire a space, join a quiz, play darts, come to an event or tell your friends about us. Every visit, every recommendation and every pound spent helps keep The Bevy busy, thriving and in community hands.
